Join LCRK or renew your membership

Fees paid now will cover your membership until June 30, 2012.

Joining LCRK, or renewing membership, is done online. It is a requirement that LCRK paddling members (for insurance purposes) are members of PaddleNSW. First join PaddleNSW, or renew your membership, at the PaddleNSW membership web page. Then join LCRK, or renew your membership, by going to the LCRK membership web page.

The types of LCRK membership and fees for 2011-12 are:
Senior $50 (paddling membership, must be a member of PaddleNSW)
Junior $35 (paddling membership, must be a member of PaddleNSW)
Non-paddling $30 (no requirement to be a member of PaddleNSW)
Country $30 (no requirement to be a member of PaddleNSW)

Note that the cost of 2011-12 membership of LCRK will remain unchanges at $60 for Seniors and $45 for Juniors.

• Junior membership is available to those aged over 12 and under 18 on 31 December 2011.
• All Senior and Junior members of LCRK must hold current PaddleNSW membership for insurance purposes.
• Children under 12 at 31 December 2011 are included free on a parent’s membership. In order for them to be members you should register their names online during the joining process.
• Non-paddling membership is available to those who wish to support the club and enjoy social occasions but do not paddle in club events including the Wednesday night time trial. Non-paddling members will receive each edition of our club magazine Kayak Kapers (six per year).
• Country membership is available to those whose place of residence is over 150km away from our Lane Cove base, which includes country NSW, interstate and overseas. It is similar to a non-paddling membership and country members would only very occasionally paddle in a Wednesday night time trial. Their participation would be under the same arrangements as a visitor to the club. Country membership is primarily intended to give members who have moved away from Sydney a means to stay in contact with the club. Country members will receive each edition of our club magazine Kayak Kapers (six per year).
